3. Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • Your device is unlocked by your carrier
  • Your device is compatible with the selected network and destination

We are not responsible for incompatibility issues caused by unsupported devices or locked devices.


4. Purchases & Payments

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing an eSIM, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable charges and taxes

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.


5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the eSIM has been delivered or activated.

Refunds may only be considered for:

  • Duplicate orders caused by billing errors
