Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, all sales are final once an eSIM has been purchased, delivered, or activated.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect device compatibility
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect destination selection
  • Accidental purchases
  • Unused data plans
  • Activation issues caused by unsupported or locked devices

Please ensure that:

  • Your device supports eSIM technology
  • Your device is carrier unlocked
  • You have selected the correct destination and plan before completing your purchase

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • The eSIM was never delivered due to a verified system error
  • The QR code or activation details are proven defective and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate purchases caused by a billing system error

All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Fraud Prevention
