eSIM Delivery Time

After a successful purchase, your eSIM QR code and activation details are typically delivered instantly via:

  • Customer account dashboard
  • Order confirmation page

In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes due to payment verification or system processing.


Incorrect Email Information

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address during checkout.

Roava is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect email addresses
  • Spam or junk mail filtering
  • Customer-side email issues
