Roava eSIM products are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipping. No physical SIM cards or products will be mailed to customers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
eSIM Delivery Time
After a successful purchase, your eSIM QR code and activation details are typically delivered instantly via:
- Customer account dashboard
- Order confirmation page
In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes due to payment verification or system processing.
Incorrect Email Information
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address during checkout.
Roava is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect email addresses
- Spam or junk mail filtering
- Customer-side email issues
