What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How much data do I need?
Generally the average user will use around 10gb of data per month. For more heavier data usage we would recommend going over 10gb.
When will I get my order?
Once you purchase your eSIM you will automatically receive an email allowing you to scan a QR code and activate your eSIM on your device
Can I add more data to my current plan?
Yes, if you need more data you can repurchase more or less if needed
Is my device compatible?
Today most if not all devices that use data will work but if you would like to check simple choose the location you plan to visit and in the description click “device compatibility” to check your device.
